15 July 2003

I'm pleased to announce that the Key West Come Around is a go.
The dates will be 5-9 Feb 2004.  Discussions with the park manager
have resulted in the following policy regarding rotation for those
arriving early and/or staying late.
The Come Around will be help at Truman as in years past.  Those
moving from dry camping in Sigsbee will NOT lose their place in the
rotation for hookups.  Anyone in hookups at the time of the Come
Around may choose to stay there or move to Truman.  If you move
you will lose the remainder of that hookup period.  For those who
move to Truman from dry camping and whose number comes up
for hookupsduring the Come Around may leave Truman to get
to hookups.  If you decide to stay at Truman for the remainder of
the Come Around, you will lose that turn at hookups.
Non-ID card holders will be allowed onto Truman.  They will
need to provide Bob Metcalf with their names, driver's license
numbers, and the last 4 of their SSN's.

It is hoped that these revised policies will encourage a
good turnout.  See you in Key West.  Get it done with '61
